Troy Steven and Michele Ryals Cain of Gillsville announce the engagement of their daughter Erica Michele Cain to Nicholas Seth Deaton, son of Michelle and Bryan Thomas of Lula. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Connie Draineof Lula, Dwight Ryals of Whittier, N.C., and the late Carl and Evelyn Cain. She is a 2010 graduate of East Hall High School in Gainesville.
