Mr. and Mrs. Mitch McRee of Gainesville announce the engagement of their son, Dr. Alex McRee to Miss Alexandra Kay Westberry, daughter of Ms. Kay Westberry and Mr. Wyman Westberry of St. Mary’s.
The groom-elect is a 2010 graduate of University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He graduated in 2016 from Dental College of Georgia.
The bride-elect graduated in 2012 from Mercer University with a bachelor’s degree in English and history. She is employed as an technical writer at FLETC.
The couple plan to wed Oct. 21, 2017.
