Riverside Military history class goes back in time Capt. John Stumpf’s U.S. military history middle school class learned more about items utilized during the Revolutionary War during a class this summer. Members of the local Lyman Hall Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution exhibited items such as a flute, handmade soap, children’s toys, weaponry, maps and a reproduction of the U.S. Constitution. The organization’s goals include inspiring and educating the community and its youth with knowledge of events surrounding the American Revolution.
