Square Crows come together on the square in downtown Gainesville to promote their business and organizations and to compete in a favorite scarecrow contest. On the Downtown Gainesville Facebook page, people can “like” the photo of their favorite entry to cast their vote, and the photo with the most likes by October 31st will win a $150 gift certificate to a downtown business of their choice.
