Woman accused of hitting man in wheelchair in Gainesville turned and looked before driving away, judge says

After arguments about bond for a Gainesville woman accused of hitting a man in a wheelchair with her car and leaving the scene, Magistrate Court Judge Michelle Hall revealed she had seen the video of the incident.
