Three candidates have qualified for Lula’s District 5 council seat, which was vacated by former councilman Chip Horst in April. Early voting begins Monday, Oct. 16, and Election Day will take place on Nov. 7. All in-person voting will be held at Lula City Hall from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
