Author and Gainesville native Candace L. Long has been honored by the Georgia Writers Association for her work of nonfiction, “The Ancient Path to Creativity and Innovation: Where Left and Right Brains Meet,” which is the finalist in the inspiration category at the 54th annual Georgia Author of the Year Awards banquet. The awards were held June 16 at Kennesaw State University. “The Ancient Path to Creativity and Innovation” is written for those in business who want to improve the bottom line by encouraging creativity.
