Flowery Branch wants its water tanks to keep up appearances. And that’s why the city is considering canceling contracts with Utility Service Company Inc., the company that has maintained its 60,000-gallon tank on Gainesville Street and 150,000-gallon tank on Roberts Drive since 1999.
