High school students participate in diversity forum

Flowery Branch and Gainesville high school students joined Friday for a diversity program presented by the Diplomats for Diversity group at the University of North Georgia. “We felt that it was important ... for local high school students to come into our university so we can show them what a diverse place that we are here,” said Robin Blake, one of the student organizers of the event. “We want to show them that if they come into the school and are welcome into a diverse atmosphere, that they can let their dreams come alive.”
