North Georgia emergency authorities crossed fallen trees and rappelled down a 40-foot cliff to rescue a man who had fallen 80 feet. The 40-year-old male fell Sunday from the top of Raven Cliff Falls in White County. Helen Fire Rescue Chief Lee Poteat said responders had a “pretty rough trip” getting to the critically injured patient.
