A Buford man was charged Saturday with murder in the Nov. 28 shooting death of his twin brother near the Hall-Gwinnett county line, according to authorities. Tyler Schulte, 20, of Buford, was arrested Saturday at a family member’s home on Duncan Ives Drive.
