CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Georgetown and Georgia Tech proved they can win in the women’s NCAA tournament without big games from their stars. Now that they’re facing each other, they’d like for their top scorers to get going again. The fourth-seeded Yellow Jackets (25-8) play fifth-seeded Georgetown (23-8) on Tuesday night in the second round of the Des Moines Regional.
