Buford High's Brandon Marsh was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in Thursday's 2nd round (60th pick) of the Major League Baseball First-Year Player draft. 

Marsh (.559 batting average) was named the Region 8-AAAA Player of the Year and led the Wolves with 59 runs, 66 hits and 25 RBIs. The Kennesaw State University commit led his team to an appearance in the Class AAAA state championship game.
