Investigator: Flowery Branch man admitted sex with 15-year-old, claimed she said she was 18
A Flowery Branch investigator testified Friday that a 19-year-old man admitted to having sex with a 15-year-old girl in his Tree Park Circle apartment but told police she told him she was 18.
